| MINIMUM SPEND |
In the event that the final cost of the consumption of food and beverage does not equal or exceed the minimum spend, the balance will be charged on the final bill as room charge. The minimum spend per person is $50. |

| DEPOSIT |
A deposit of $10 per head is required at least 2 weeks before the date of your function. Your booking will be tentative until the deposit and this signed booking form is received by the restaurant. We reserve the right to cancel your tentative booking without notice if 2 weeks has lapsed and we have not received the deposit and booking form. The total amount of the deposit will be deducted from the final bill, unless final attendance or cancellation fees need to be deducted. |

| CONFIRMATION |
A guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed no less than 1 week prior to your booking. Final numbers must be confirmed no more than 2 days prior to your booking. |

| FINAL ATTENDANCE |
In the event that the final attendance is less than confirmed, the minimum spend per head will be charged per person. This charge will be deducted from the deposit. In the event the number of guests less is greater than the amount of the deposit, the balance will be charged on the final bill.; |

| CANCELLATIONS |
In the event of a cancellation with no less than 5 working days notice, your deposit will be refunded in total. If the notice is less than 5 working days, your deposit will not be refunded, however it can be used if postponing your function. |

| PAYMENT |
The final bill must be paid in full on the conclusion of your function. We do not split bills. |

| BYO ALCOHOL & CAKE SURCHARGE |
Please note Rare Steakhouse is NOT a BYO restaurant. You may bring a cake (No ice-cream cakes please!), but please notify the restaurant beforehand. We will cut and serve your cake for you. A cake surcharge will be charged at $2 per person. |
